What Happens Next
We visit the slab rather than quoting from a description, because the specification depends on what the concrete is sitting on and what is moving through it. That visit includes moisture testing on any slab we did not pour ourselves.
You then receive a proposal naming the product, the system build and the mil thickness, along with what we found on the slab and both return-to-service dates. If the honest answer is that a coating is the wrong solution for your floor, the proposal will say that instead.
